Terms of service

CoachKW is software for coaches and their clients: programmes, workout logging, messages, invoices and receipts. We provide the tool. The coaching itself is agreed between you and your coach.

• Use your real name and contact details.
• Keep your password to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• Coaches and studios are responsible for what they publish, the programmes they write and how they look after their clients’ information.

Coaches set their own prices in KWD and decide what each package includes. When a client pays through a payment link, a licensed payment provider handles the card or KNET payment. Refunds and package terms are agreed between the coach and the client.

• Don’t upload anything illegal, abusive, or that you don’t have the right to share.
• Don’t try to see another coach’s, studio’s or client’s information.
• Don’t use forms or messages to send spam.

Coaches and nutritionists can add videos from YouTube to your workouts and calendar. These videos play from YouTube, a separate service run by Google, not from CoachKW. We don’t own or control them, and a video can change or disappear at any time.

When you watch or search for YouTube videos in CoachKW you are also using YouTube’s services, and you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Please don’t use CoachKW to download, copy or re-upload videos.

You can stop using CoachKW at any time. If you want to close your account or get a copy of your information, contact us and we’ll help. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
