Questions coaches ask

Is there a free trial?

CoachKW is in a private pilot, so we set up each workspace with you personally and agree how it starts. Pilot terms aren't published yet.

Do I sign a contract?

Plans are priced by the month: 29 KWD for Solo Coach and 79 KWD for Studio. We go through the terms with you before your workspace opens.

Are there KNET or card fees?

Your clients pay on a licensed payment provider's KNET and card page. Fees for online payments aren't published yet.

Can I cancel?

Cancellation terms aren't published yet. During the pilot we set up and change every workspace with you personally.

Can I bring my clients and programmes?

Yes. You can add your clients, exercises and workouts yourself, and the Clinic / Enterprise plan includes help moving your existing data. Your clients can ask for a copy of their own data at any time.
